IMPORTANT: This release fixes a confusing issue where invalid data bit, stop
bit, or parity settings were silently ignored. Because of this, upgrading to
this version could break working code. The specific case it fixes was found when
using circuits_uart with pseudo-terminals created by socat. The correct
setting for these is 8 databits, no parity, and 1 stop bit which is the default.
