Should we add Node.start/3 and Node.stop/1?

The idea is to port those functions from :net_kernel with the same name.

I've never needed them, but I've also never needed Node.disconnect or Node.set_cookie. Still I'd expect them to be in Node, if just for completeness' sake, so 👍 from me.
