escript.build should have an option to do protocol consolidation

Since an escript is a completely finalized build of a project, in 99% of cases it would make sense to do protocol consolidation as part of the build process.

So we just need to run the consolidation and override any .beams from Elixir with those in consolidated/ directory when embedding Elixir into the escript. Sounds about right?
