The requirement was `>= 1.0.0 and < 1.2.0`, so an app on LiveView 1.2
could not install Lotus Web without an override. It is now
`>= 1.0.0 and < 1.3.0`, and the lock holds LiveView 1.2.12.

LiveView 1.2 warns in tests about a form without an id, because it cannot
recover that form after a reconnect. Every form in the query editor and the
dashboards now has an id.
