Fixed

• Patcher.replace_all/4 with a zipper or Sourceror AST returns replacements as
  Sourceror AST, so Sourceror.to_string/1 renders them. Captured literals no
  longer crash the formatter, and strings keep their escapes, which 0.14.0 broke
  for interpolated strings.
