Breaking changes

• A <script> or <style> in an .astral template is rendered where it is written, as in any HEEx template. To build one with Volt, mark it with :type={Astral.Script} or :type={Astral.Style}, following Phoenix's <script :type={Phoenix.LiveView.ColocatedJS}>. Add :type to existing blocks that should stay Volt modules.
