Fixed

• Resolve bare imports from the node_modules directories above the importer, nearest first, as Node does, before the configured node_modules and resolve_dirs. Dependencies nested under their dependent, pnpm layouts, and packages vendored beside priv sources now bundle instead of becoming undefined IIFE globals (#44).
• Fail the build with {:error, {:not_found, specifier}} for a bare import that resolves nowhere and is not listed in :external. It used to build and throw a ReferenceError at runtime.
• Compile without warnings in apps that do not depend on the optional lumis package.
