chore: elk native is no longer maintained

We discussed with the contributors of Elk Native that for the moment it is better to be explicit about this repo not being maintained and recommend to use Elk as a PWA instead.

We discussed with the contributors of Elk Native that for the moment it is better to be explicit about this repo not being maintained and recommend to use Elk as a PWA instead.

I guess I won't be using Elk then.
A PWA simply isn't good enough. Especially on a phone when real native apps are necessary.
It's a shame native development gets abandoned in favor of an inferior alternative.
