Reports that are easier to share

Build a useful health report without overwhelming the reader. Start with Health summary, Full health report, Nutrition and lifestyle, or Lab results only, then choose exactly what to include.

  • Control the scope. Select dates, lab categories, reference or optimal ranges, personal context, notes and Genome findings. Reports follow your selected units.
  • Keep it concise. Read summaries and comparisons first, with detailed records available as an optional appendix.
  • See more of your records together. Include nutrition, hydration, body measurements, wearables, light and environment summaries alongside labs.
  • Know when AI is used. A compatible AI connection initially enables the optional overview; the action is labeled Generate AI overview & preview. Turn it off for a preview without a new AI request. Generated text stays labeled and can be edited before sharing.

Other improvements since the last release

  • More reliable imports and restores: preserve values, compatible units, laboratory ranges, source reports and unrelated results from the same date. Storage failures are reported instead of appearing as successful saves.
  • More consistent chat across devices: improved conversation recovery and deletion handling, including inactive profiles and changes that only affect chat.
  • Smoother Routstr payments: keep separate balances across mints, recover interrupted funding and transfers, and reduce unnecessary checks of inactive or rejected invoices.
  • Updates ready when you are: new builds download in the background before the app offers Reload. Initial installation avoids a false update prompt, and more Settings artwork remains available offline.
  • Easier Companion management: simpler connection instructions and local management controls from Settings, plus refreshed model recommendations.
  • Safer import review: Escape closes an open unit picker first, keeping the report review open.

Reports are selected snapshots for reading and sharing. Keep a JSON backup when you need a restorable copy of your profile.

This release collects the reports update and the 1.19.1–1.19.3 maintenance improvements since the previous GitHub release. The descriptive tag preserves existing historical version tags.
