Calendar now exposes progress.streak_count for consecutive configured intervals (hours, days, weeks, months and interval multipliers). Missed intervals reset the streak without resetting reward-step progress. Includes an idempotent PostgreSQL migration restoring streaks from existing grant history, immutable operation snapshots, and timezone/DST handling.
Validation: full Go test suite, calendar race tests, go vet, go build, gofmt, and regenerated SQLC checks.
