Fixed

• Outlook Classic (Word): 0.18.0 hung a nested table's painted first cell
  padding out to the left on every nested table, so a centred email whose
  first row is a padded, coloured header slid left by that padding. Only a
  shrink-wrapped table hangs now; a table with a width or align="center"
  stays where its width puts it.
