Run search update scripts against ember-api-docs-data

This PR cleans up a few things

• remove all trace of S3 downloads (we just use the ember-api-docs-data repo now)
• remove esm in favour of using esm directly in node
• move from yarn to npm

We needed to skip an error while processing files so that it doesn't fall over, this seems to be because ember-data doesn't have information about ember-data-5.3.0-@ember-data/experimental-preview-types but we will need to investigate this some more.

Todo (after this PR)

• update the readme to tell people how to use this
• update the release docs to say that you should use this
• delete the heroku app because it's not useful any more
• re-engineer this so that we can specify a specific version
