This PR fixes the remaining bugs and add some new features to prepare version 0.4.0:

• Change the default configuration for HRD (no catch trials).
• Add a complete test suite that can run locally (close Add unit test when possible #26 ).
• Add a report function that can generate HTML reports locally. The report notebooks can also run directly on Google Colab (close Add a generate_reports function (HRD and HBC) #27).
• Close HRD: exteroception instruction still presented even with interoception==False #34 (was not able to reproduce the error).
• Add support for triggers (HBC and HRD). Close Add send triggers option #36. With this new feature, the package can easily be hacked to support any kind of recording devices, provided that the recording class is running asynchronously, therefore this will also close Add recorder class parameter for both HRD and HBC #30.

When this one is merged, we can create the 0.4.0 release, and start to increment from here (0.4.x) so we can keep track of which version our collaborators are running.
