• Keep secure connections responsive when another device opens a TLS connection without finishing it. Incomplete handshakes now have a short deadline within the existing connection limit.
• Make file uploads safer: each transfer uses its own private temporary file and publishes the complete file atomically. Interrupted or simultaneous transfers cannot share a partial file, and existing destination symlinks are rejected.
• Completed uploads are readable and writable only by the box's desktop user. Existing apps, pairing credentials, upload interfaces and ordinary same-name replacements stay compatible.
• Includes 2.9.131 scoped transfer-ticket permissions and 2.9.130 controller diagnostics. This is an agent update; no phone app update is required.
