Fixed

  • CLAUDE.md — fixed broken path design/SECURITY_PRIVACY.md → hacky-hours/02-design/SECURITY_PRIVACY.md; removed reference to nonexistent hacky-hours/04-build/README.md
  • ARCHITECTURE.md — updated prompt size metric (1630 → 1600 lines); fixed stale optimize description in lifecycle diagram ("evaluate doc efficiency" → "design vs. reality review")
  • Non-linear lifecycle ADR — noted that optimize was redesigned from metrics-only to substantive review in v1.5.1

Added

  • .claudeignore — was missing from this repo; archived docs, audit scorecards, and old CHANGELOG entries were being loaded into context unnecessarily
  • Optimization report (audits/2026-03-30-optimize.md) — first saved output from the redesigned optimize command

Removed

  • Empty hacky-hours/03-roadmap/ directory — ROADMAP.md was archived in v1.5.1 but the empty folder remained
