What's new

  • Five parent groups replace 19 flat commands — new users face 5 words, not 19
  • Numbered + named aliases everywhere — step 1, step ideate, and ideate all work
  • "Step" language replaces "Level" throughout — steps are a cycle, not a ladder
  • step 5 promotes iteration as a first-class step, not optional maintenance
  • step 0 is the new dry-run — explore before you begin
  • tools walkthrough — new narrative overview of how all commands work together
  • Global Values section — the framework's ethics declared once, governing all commands
  • tools upgrade absorbs adopt and migrate — context-aware, one entry point
  • link removed — use monorepo + --root for multi-service projects
  • Prompt reduced ~30% — 2,108 → 1,468 lines
