[new product] SUSE Manager

Hello community,
this PR adds release dates for the SUSE Manager product. It is used to enable patch management for bigger environments such as a datacenter or cloud setup. I added all available release information in the definitions.

Validated EOL dates for 4.x at https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/, and older releases at http://web.archive.org/web/20201029001916/https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/

Left Few suggested changes on the review, and had a few questions:

1. What is the best way to track the release history? (All released versions with their dates would be ideal)
2. Any suggestions for identifiers? We want to track all different ways you can install suse manager. repology only lists 3 packages for uyuni and zero for suse-manager, so any help is appreciated. We use PURLs to list identifiers, and you can see https://deploy-preview-5354--endoflife-date.netlify.app/help/identifiers-needed/ for guidance, or just give the names of the known packages, and I can convert them to the right format.
