First beta of groundwork, a Claude Code and Codex plugin that sets up how an AI coding agent works in your repository and then runs that workflow.
Beta. The skills come from workflows used daily in two real projects, but this packaged form has not run end to end yet. Expect rough edges, and please open an issue when something does not behave as the README says.

Then run /groundwork:onboarding in your repository.
What's in 0.1.0
- Onboarding — eight questions (language, issue tracker, workflow, branches, verification, architecture, review, anything else). Every choice is a bundle compared by pros, cons, and token cost, with a recommended option first. Writes
GROUNDWORK.mdand the chosen rules intoAGENTS.md/ARCHITECTURE.mdonly after you approve. - Workflows — step-loop (
plan,step), design-first, tdd-loop, flight (boarding→landing, plusrejoin,release,autoland), quick (review-and-fix,commit-push), review-only. - Review —
reviewruns architecture, code-quality, security, writing, and SDK-usability reviewers in parallel;ux-reviewruns one usability agent per persona;ui-qachecks the running UI against the task and design source. Works with skeptic-review when installed. - Issue trackers — local files (default), GitHub Projects, Linear, Jira.
- Claude Code and Codex — one set of skills, two manifests.
Least tested
- The Jira tracker, the
tdd-loopworkflow, thevisual-regressionadd-on, and shared local issues (shared: true). - Token cost levels are relative estimates, not measurements.
