WestPlay 2.0.2

• WestPlay works on older versions of the game too, such as 1.58: 2.0.1 found what it needs in every version but there, where the game is built a little differently.
• The Companion's Map page shows its maps and its Prepare Maps Again button while WestPlay removes an old map no profile plays any more: removing a big one takes minutes, and until it was done the page had nothing to show and the button was gone.
