Drag and release from an output port should add a new component

Adding a new component from an existing output port should be possible in 2 ways:

1. Click the output port and then click the destination.
2. Click and drag from the output port and release.

Currently 2 does not work.

Adam Obuchowicz reports a new STANDUP for today (2024-04-24):

Progress: The fix for "add new node" button hitbox was very simple and I added it to follow-up PR started yesterday. Started working on dragging-out edges. After a bit of thinking, I found a away I want to implement it. It should be finished by 2024-04-29.

Next Day: Next day I will be working on the same task. Finish implementation and create a PR.
