• Add entropy-data semantics branches to work on branches of a semantic namespace: list, create, get, put (replace the branch with an OSI ontology YAML document, sent as written), yaml, changes (what the branch changes against the namespace, one entry per concept), rebase, merge and delete. merge lands the branch, or — where the namespace's git branch only takes reviewed changes — prints the pull/merge request opened from it, leaving the branch open. Requires semantic branches on the instance (entropy-data#1665).
