Merlin Agent 0.1.0 — Windows portable (preview)

Download the zip, unpack it, run Merlin.exe. No installer and no Python needed — the agent runtime ships inside the folder.

Bundled: Electron app + agent runtime (CPython 3.14.7, venv with 49 extras, git, ffmpeg, chromium).

Trimmed to fit the download:

• llama.cpp CUDA/HIP builds (~1.8 GB) — local GPU inference only
• uv cache (~1 GB) — needed only for offline plugin installs
• Daytona sandbox backend — obstore 0.8.x publishes no CPython 3.14 wheel, so a Windows bundle cannot include it without a Rust toolchain
