Fix sync failures caused by empty files and missing API error details.

  • Skip 0-byte vault files during sync: the Gitee/GitHub contents APIs cannot create them, and a single empty file previously failed every sync run (Gitee: 400 "content is empty"). Skipped files are listed in the sync preview and diagnostic log.
  • Ignore a skipped file's remote counterpart so it is never misread as a local deletion.
  • Include the host's real error reason in failure notices by parsing Gitee's messages[] field as well as GitHub's message field.
