bigdata-php v1.2.4

Packaging cleanup. No runtime code changes.

Changed

  • site/ is no longer tracked in the repository and is excluded from the
    v1.2.4 tag and GitHub release source archives.
  • The site remains a local build artifact at site/ for deployment.
  • Existing v1.2.0-v1.2.3 tags still contain site/; v1.2.4 is the first tag
    without it.

Verification

  • git ls-files site returns 0.
  • git archive v1.2.4 contains no site/ entries.
  • CI / integration workflows run on the tag.
