Surrounded with functionality

"Surrounded With" functionality allows you to select some text and wrap the selected text with a snippet.

For exmaple, if you have a snippet

Snippet Triggertext: ptag
Snippet Content:

<p>$[![(key)SELECTION]!]$[![]!]</p>

You can select some text in the editor. Then goto the SnippetDock and double click the snippet ptag (Make sure that you have the toggle on the "Insert" radio button). You can see that the selected text is wrapped by p tags.

Alternatively, you can use the insertion dialog to achieve the same effect. Just select some text and bring up the insertion dialog. Type ptag and hit [tab] you will see the selected text is wrapped by p tags.
