Upgrading
ctx.replies.create, ctx.tickets.create, ctx.tickets.update, ctx.contacts.create and ctx.tags.create only accept the plugin contract's fields (plugin contract, The plugin context). They passed the plugin's data straight to objects.create(**data) / setattr, so a plugin could set a reply's author or flags, a ticket's requester, assignee or SLA fields, or create a host user with is_superuser/is_staff. Any other key is now a ValueError naming it. Replies: ticket_id (an existing ticket), body, is_internal (true makes a note); the author is the acting user, or nobody. Tickets: subject/title, body/description, priority, status, department_id, ticket_type, metadata, and on create channel (default api) and contact_id or requester_email/requester_name (a contact, found or created, also set as the guest name and email); never a requester, assignee, reference or SLA field. Unknown choices, departments and contacts are errors. Contacts: name, email (the user's username is the email when the user model has one, and name goes to name or first_name). Tags: name, slug (from the name when absent), color. Plugins that sent other keys must drop them.
