v0.7.2 — widget embedding on other sites

Fixed

• The package can be published to PyPI again. It no longer depends on
  escalated-locale through a git URL, which PyPI rejects
  (400 Can't have direct dependency).
• Translations are bundled: the escalated-locale v0.1.8 gettext catalogues
  ship inside the package at escalated/_central_locale/locale/, and
  get_central_locale_path() falls back to them when the escalated_locale
  package is not installed. pip install escalated-django[locale] installs
  the standalone package, which still wins when present.
  scripts/sync_central_locale.py <tag> refreshes the bundled copy.
