This PR adds test cases for regex literals extracted from the test262 repository.
https://github.com/tc39/test262

Also, I added a workflow that periodically checks for updates with GitHub Actions.

I think those test cases are useful for checking which literals are affected by the new syntax support.

It's been over a month and no one seems to have time to review this. Also, this change is a test change, so merge it.
