ESPTool isn't a choice for tools>programmer

I'm using Arduino IDE to write, compile and upload my code into ESP, but I don't have ESPTool as an option of Tools>Programmer. I'm on Linux using the latest IDE release...

esptool is now an "upload method", so it is no longer in the programmers menu. See 1d6a742.
