As per my application requirement i want to know how to Disable Deep Sleep Mode Permanently, eight by code or by hardware.

Please help me..

Sounds like a homework question. If you do not include code to enable sleep, it will not enter sleep modes. If you really need to do this, you can compile firmware without the sleep header files.
