Description of Change

add new board，modify board.txt and dfrobot_beetle_esp32c3 and dfrobot_firebeetle2_esp32s3.

Tests scenarios

I have tested my Pull Request on Arduino-esp32 core v2.0.3 with ESP32C3 and ESP32S3 Board with this scenario

@Arya11111 Hi - we noticed that the build.board is commented out for the Beetle C3. Was this intentional? Was it a typo/mistype?

If not, we can make a PR to remove the comment.
