The builder now runs on Mac and Linux too. The game is the same as 1.0.0's.

Downloads

  • Windows: SM64DS-Enhanced-Builder.zip. Extract it and run SM64DS-Enhanced-Builder.exe.
  • Mac: SM64DS-Enhanced-Builder-1.1.0-mac.zip, the builder as a Mac app, for macOS 11 or later on Apple silicon or Intel. It isn't notarized, so the first time you open it, see If macOS won't open it.
  • Linux, or macOS in a terminal: SM64DS-Enhanced-Builder-Linux-Mac.zip, the builder in Python 3.8 or newer, for x86-64 Linux and macOS 11 or later.

Changes

  • The Mac app, contributed by @plasticbugs in #1. Thank you!
  • The Linux and Mac builds of makerom are made from Project_CTR's source by this repository's Actions, so they run on older systems than the official ones (which need glibc 2.38 and macOS 15).
  • THIRD-PARTY.txt now covers what makerom includes: mbedtls, libyaml and CUE's blz (GPL 3).
  • Releases no longer rewrite this repository's history (#2).
