.onion connections (arti's onion-service-client; ~10% more WASM, gzip).
Gateways can declare themselves demo instances, and tor-js warns once per
gateway, even from an otherwise-silent client. The anon-rpc worker sends
tor-js's and arti's logs to the host, with logLevel in its config.
logLevel without log now prints to the console. See CHANGELOG.md.
