prayers to this working
fix(android): satisfy SDL JNI RegisterNatives + read ISO via content URI - The SDL3 JNI_OnLoad RegisterNatives over 5 org/libsdl/app classes aborted the process on launch: SDLActivity declared only nativeSetupJNI, and SDLInputConnection / HIDDeviceManager were missing. Declare every native from SDL's tables (SDLActivity +43; new minimal SDLInputConnection, HIDDeviceManager). The app now reaches the menu instead of crashing in <clinit>. - Install-from-ISO now reads the picked file through its content URI via a /proc/self/fd path, so ISOs anywhere (Downloads, SD card, ...) work instead of only primary-storage paths. - All UI/runtime libraries (GTK3, cairo, pango, harfbuzz, glib, X11/xcb, freetype, librexruntime, ...) are bundled in
lib/and found via rpath -- noLD_LIBRARY_PATHneeded. - glibc and the GPU/graphics driver stack are intentionally not bundled: glibc symbols are version-pinned (floor ~2.34) so the host's is used, and the GPU driver must match your kernel/GPU. Works on Steam Deck and any reasonably modern distro.
- SDL3 is statically linked.
Note: GTK loads some runtime modules (pixbuf loaders / immodules) from system paths; present on Steam Deck and mainstream desktops.
