Aplica app v0.2.0

Aplica desktop app v0.2.0 — Pipeline, Contacts, grounded drafts, and real autonomous runs.

New

• Pipeline (kanban): every application as a drag-and-drop board; move a card to update its status, open the job, or generate a draft for it.
• Contacts (CRM): every recruiter/hiring manager Aplica talked to, with your full history per person.
• Grounded drafts: cover letter, follow-up and interview-prep generated only from your real profile and the application's facts.
• Résumé variants and a ghost-job cutoff in Settings; response/interview rate now broken down by résumé variant.
• Native desktop notifications; onboarding now checks whether the aplica plugin is installed.

Fixed (important)

• Autonomous runs now actually drive your logged-in Chrome: the app spawns claude -p --chrome, so a run can apply, not just scan. Requires Claude Code signed in to claude.ai (not an API key).

Notes

Fully English UI and source. Windows SmartScreen still shows "unknown publisher" (unsigned installer — not a virus; More info → Run anyway).

Redesign and a big usability pass for the desktop cockpit.

New

• Full redesign — custom design system (Hanken Grotesk + Bricolage Grotesque, self-hosted), drawn SVG icons, a new logo, themed scrollbars/selection/focus. English throughout.
• Settings modal — one place for Your data, Job preferences, Behavior and Schedule (sections stay mounted; unsaved-changes guard).
• Home — a profile-completeness meter, prerequisite checks with quick install links (Python, Claude Code), and Claude in Chrome detection with an install button.
• Common application questions answered in your own voice, plus a custom Q&A bank and free notes.
• Notifications — LinkedIn/Gmail sign-in issues, blocked sites, pending items, stuck jobs and recent run results, with an alert count.
• The local database is created automatically on first launch (bundled engine, in the Aplica config dir — never an unrelated DB).
• Autonomous run with live output, a Stop button (kills the whole process tree on Windows), and a preflight that blocks running until setup is complete.

Fixed (review + QA loops)

Config-null safety, visible-failure on bad regex, Windows .cmd spawn, cross-section config overwrite in Settings, stale prerequisite/preflight after saving, and more.

Requires a paid Claude plan, the Claude in Chrome extension, Python 3.11+, the Claude Code CLI, and the aplica-claude-plugin plugin.
