• TUI improvements — insert shell output into the prompt, refreshed status bar, Codex device auth, Kitty terminal defaults.
• History fixes — faster history generation, corrected display and Responses usage.
• Dependency refresh — all SDKs, protocol/web/telemetry libs and tooling (Ruff, ty, PMD) upgraded; ACP/Typer integrations adapted.
• MCP client cleanup — redundant redirect config removed; same-origin redirects, credential isolation and session reuse verified.
• Fixes — Astra defaults to writer/editor tools; safety filter delays rather than stops; broken fast-agent-hf console script removed.
