EveryTab 1.0.0

First public release. Changes since the 0.8.632 closed beta, for users:

• French is available. Settings > Appearance > Language offers System,
  English and Français; the browser's language is the default.
• Snapshots to keep is now 1 to 1,000 (default 200) and the Recovery
  database honors it.
• Vault: damaged backups, files from other devices that cannot be read, sync
  service conflict copies and iCloud placeholder files are set aside and named
  instead of stopping sync; a damaged Restore point no longer hides the
  others; choosing a different populated Vault asks before merging; the Vault
  screen says when EveryTab updates it.
• Chrome updates no longer trigger the extension-reload recovery, and the
  restarting notice appears only when suspended tabs are actually recovered.
• Faster: typing in the Inbox filter, opening and closing tabs with a large
  library, and Search while background tabs change their titles.
• A New Tab or Dashboard opened in the first moment after installing no
  longer stays blank: it waits for EveryTab to finish setting up.
• On touch screens, the automation status on open tabs is visible again.
• Inbox filter has the f shortcut; automatic Activity entries list their
  tabs; the Starred rail opens and closes with a designed motion.
• The source code is published under MPL-2.0 (see README).
