BioIdentify is a command line tool for fingerprints feature extraction, one-on-one matching and one-on-many matching .
Actually it implements some biometry algorithms such as hit-n-miss thinning, Gabor enhancements and so on .

NOTES:

- An in depth explaination of the algorithms pipeline can be found here (in italian)
  http://www.evilsocket.net/135/estrazione-delle-features-dalle-impronte-digitali.html

- You can generate some synthetic fingerprint to test the code with this tool
