PHP Mcrypt / Libmcrypt Dependency for windows

How to Compile PHP with Mcrypt:

• Download PHP source code from http://windows.php.net/download/
• Follow compile instruction on https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild
• Download Mcrypt dependency: https://github.com/ewwink/windows-php-mcrypt-dependency/archive/master.zip
• now you can run configure --with-mcrypt and the rest command
• copy bin\libmcrypt.dll to the root location whre PHP compiled
• Done.

Tested with PHP 5.5.8 VC9
