Add commit prefix "security" to GCloud triggers

Background

We start using a new label "security", together with the respective branch prefix.
The GCloud triggers regular expression filter only for the other prefixes (bug, feature).

Acceptance Criteria

The GCloud triggers must run also when submitting to a branch with the prefix: "security".
