Problems with restore

exercism restore in the CLI doesn't update the following exercises correctly or at all:

-beer-song
-binary-search
-custom-set
-food-chain (outdated test file)
-house
-triangles (no test file?)

This problem is likely on the API side, either in exercism/x-api or in exercism/exercism.io. I will dig into this, and am closing this as a duplicate. See exercism/ruby#12
