By wrapping the test body in 'if run as script', the test suite's
version can be extracted computationally by sourcing test.tcl and
printing the version number:
tclsh <<< 'source test.tcl; puts $version'
This way CI scripts can better compare the latest canonical test
version and the latest implemented test suite version.
