Bunx-only playwright-cli invocation (#31): the browser driver now invokes the Playwright CLI exclusively as bunx @playwright/cli — a globally installed playwright-cli is no longer resolved or required. This removes the version skew between the runtime invocation path and install-browser (both now resolve the same bunx-managed revision), so no browser revision is ever "missing" after an update. Supersedes the v3.1.0 WSL interop guard (#27): bunx resolves distro-natively under WSL, making the /mnt/* interop hazard unreachable. The availability probe is a single bunx @playwright/cli --version check; if it fails, install Bun.
