• The console's project tab moved from /stores to /submissions, and
  ConsoleProjectPage now answers the new paths. Added submissions,
  submissionsNew, submissionsStore, submissionsStoreHistory,
  submissionNew and submission. The inner submissions segment is gone,
  so one submission is submissions/<store>/<submissionId>, a new one starts
  at submissions/<store>/new, and one store's full list is
  submissions/<store>/history.
• stores, storesNew, store, storeSubmissions, storeSubmissionNew and
  storeSubmission stay as aliases and return the same new paths, so a caller
  written against them keeps compiling. The console redirects every old
  /stores address to its new twin, so links already handed out keep working.
