Delete the local branch when accepting work
After accept, the local work branch used to remain and the command put
you back on it, so finished work never really left the tree. Accepting a
local branch now removes it and leaves you on the default development
branch when that was the branch you started on.
The branch is deleted only after a successful push so a failed delivery
can be retried. Uncommitted changes are left in the stash instead of
being popped onto the protected default if their source branch is gone.
Fold amend into work save
Creating a new commit and updating an existing unique commit were
split across two actions, so amending meant remembering a separate
command that detection never offered. Save now asks whether to
create a new commit or fold the change into a unique commit already
on the branch versus its source. Work amend remains only as a hidden
deprecated surface.
Scripts pass new, HEAD, or a unique commit instead of the picker.
Updating an older unique commit uses a fixup and autosquash rebase,
which rewrites feature-branch history the same way polish does. If
that rebase fails, the leftover fixup commit is dropped so the
branch is not left with an extra commit. Amending through save still
runs the old amend hooks so existing hook files keep working until
the deprecated command is removed.
