Multi-level Chord Diagram

Multi-level Chord Diagram will be the first component we add to the library after the 1.0.0 release. Our existing component looks great when it has multiple levels:

But its single level version looks confusing because all the links are straight:

Before we release the component, we need to update the link rendering logic to look more like this:

Once that is done, we can proceed with creating wrappers, writing the docs and adding a Gallery example.
