Add functions to create, add, update, and delete VXLAN tunnel profiles on the BIG-IP.
Added
AddTunnelfunction to create a full tunnel from one config. Also created the test for said function.Added a new function
formatResourceIDthat accepts the resource name and adds the~Common~partition if a partition's not already specified.Added tests for all of the VXLAN CRUD functions.
