Local speech-to-text for macOS — speak anywhere, type everywhere.

Installation

1. Download Dev.Talk.app.zip below
2. Unzip and drag Dev Talk.app into your /Applications folder
3. Launch and grant Microphone + Accessibility permissions when prompted
4. The Whisper model (~1.6 GB) will download automatically on first run

Requirements

• macOS on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4)
• ~1.6 GB free disk space (Whisper model auto-downloaded on first run)
• ~2-4 GB RAM while running
