lets reduce the mandatory header on the list views of resources which can help when embedding the resource lists inside other widgets (e.g. tree widget)

so that the page loads fast and doesn't fail to load anything then we lazily watch resources as the tree is expanded
when embedding lists lets not add too much stuff around it
