docs(wiki): document the four tools, with the flags the code actually defines
Home, sidebar and footer, plus five pages: the Optimizer, configuration and
prompts, the Finder and Orchestrator, the Team, and known gotchas.
The flag table is read from the @click.option declarations rather than the
README, because the two disagree. -c is --min-coverage and --config has no
short flag, so the README's first example passes config.toml to a float
option and fails. Only --files is required=True, not the four the README
lists.
The shipped config.toml is written with sections, but the loader passes the
parsed TOML to Click as a default_map, which matches top-level keys only, so
none of its values reach the command and the defaults apply silently.
Verified in isolation and shown on the configuration page.
The safety rails (dry-run, fork, local-commit, force-push off,
max_files_per_pr) are stated in order of how much they protect the user,
since this tool pushes LLM-written commits to other people's repositories.
